Permanent interpreting booths may be found in the larger rooms of Congress Center Basel. Interpretation into any language is possible. Further booths may be set up in the halls as required.

A separate office acts as a central acceptance point for all presentations. The speakers are able to check their presentations and make last minute adjustments, preparing themselves for their presentation in a peaceful atmosphere. The presentation is then sent to the presentation venue over a network.

Presentations are loaded centrally, enabling smooth transitions from one speaker to the next. The speaker can follow the presentation on the monitor and control its progress using the remote control.
