Hybrid and Virtual Event Solutions

Our hybrid and virtual solutions enable your event to reach the desired number of visitors/participants, to greatly increase the pool of participants and to minimise costs at the same time. Your community can also participate in the event wherever they happen to be and can call up the contents of the event on demand.

We are equipped with the very latest technology and can offer you a wide range of options. In addition to different live formats, we also offer solutions for streaming, interactive sessions via WebEx, event apps, and video equipment for live production and on-demand content.

Registration variants

A. Responsibility assumed by the organiser
The organiser assumes full responsibility for the registration process (including data preparation and the distribution of rights for visitors/participants).

B. Responsibility divided between the organiser and the venue
Online registration and data collection by the organiser, with subsequent data transfer. The venue takes care of data preparation and the distribution of rights for visitors/participants.

C. Responsibility assumed by the venue
The venue assumes full responsibility for the registration process (including data preparation and the distribution of rights for visitors/participants).

Hybrid

Meeting live in the room + live streaming, including question and discussion options for online participants

Optional services

Linking in speakers (from anywhere in the world)
Lecture contents available to call up online for a certain time (e.g. one month)
Two-phase verification and/or participant presence checks
During the breaks, moderated live broadcast from the congress for online visitors/participants

Virtual

Complete live streaming of sessions and meetings
Speakers and sessions can be recorded and produced centrally from a single location or produced and broadcast on a decentralised basis by our team of technicians
