This year once again, the Congress Center Basel will be hosting a large number of company parties in the run-up to Christmas. Whether 100 people or 10,000 people are to be invited – the possibilities are virtually unlimited. And Messe Basel is the ideal location for this with its city-centre site, highly experienced team and flexible catering options at a fair price.

The company party held by Endress + Hauser serves as an excellent reference for big banquets at the CCB. On this occasion, no fewer than 4000 delighted guests were welcomed in five theme worlds in the Event Hall at Messe Basel, as well as in Hall 1.1 and the South Foyer. Here they enjoyed a delicious meal and spent the evening in a very special atmosphere. In staging this event, the CCB has shown that it is the ideal location for big employee events too.

Space is what counts

The CCB's biggest advantage, however, is the range and modular nature of the rooms it has to offer:
The Event Hall in the new building by Herzog & de Meuron is a shining example of the very latest technology, with a floor area of 3500 m2, which meets the most demanding requirements. If desired, visitors can be welcomed with a 112 metre-long LED illuminated strip.

The San Francisco Room offers 1,200 square metres of space. With its permanently installed stage and technical facilities, this room provides the perfect setting for gala and banquet events. The neighbouring foyer and the Osaka and Samarkand rooms can all be joined up.

And just a few steps away from the CCB is the L’Entrée, which can host banquets for up to 470 guests. This light-flooded room with its stylish and multi-functional architecture is directly linked to Halls 1 and 3 at Messe Basel.
