Since 1996, the Congress Center Basel has had regular external and internal audits carried out. Our aim is to continually optimise our processes and boost our proven quality. We conduct comprehensive surveys of our customers by way of quality checks
– it is not only the quality of our services that interests us here, but also the extent to which our performance has contributed to our customers attaining their aims. The findings from the surveys are channelled into our management system together with benchmark studies, audit results and new ideas from the team. Each department has its own process officer who is in charge of steering activities according to the principle of "plan, do, check, act". All employees work on the basis of this principle in a continuous improvement process.
By way of a reward for all its efforts, the CCB has already had its certification to ISO standard 9001:2015 repeatedly upheld by the SQS certification body. And, thanks to our comprehensive quality management system, we are also able to bear the Quality Label Level III issued by the Swiss Tourism Association as a evidence of our performance.
